Al Fal Group is committed to providing a high quality personalised care.

We always want to know how you perceive the service provided by our staff and how we can improve further.  

To help us with this, we have set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG) so that you can have your say in the modification and development of our future services.

We always welcome more patients to join this forum and would like to see it even more representative of all patient groups for example young people, workers, retired, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic background.
