As a patient at our practice, if you would like to see a GP or Practice Nurse for a routine appointment in an evening or at the weekend, we are able to offer you weekday evening and weekend appointments at one of the Bolton GP Extended Access Hubs in Bolton.
Bolton’s GP practices have joined together, through their Federation, to offer appointments in the evenings and at weekends. These appointments are with Bolton GPs and Bolton Practice Nurses and are available at a via the Extended Primary Care Service provided by Bolton GP Federation on behalf of practices across Bolton.
You can make an appointment to see a Doctor, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse in one of the Hubs in the same way as you book appointments with us, through the practice Reception.
Appointments are available across Bolton hosted at the following sites:
Deane Medical Centre Serving the South East of Bolton
Waters Meeting Health Centre Serving the North East of Bolton
Winifred Kettle Health Centre Serving the West of Bolton
Monday to Friday 6.30pm until 9.30pm
Sunday 9.30am- 1.00pm
If you wish to cancel your appointment please contact your GP practice, if your practice is closed please telephone 0161 763 8941 to cancel.

If you require urgent medical assistance that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please call the Out of Hours service on 0161 763 8940.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Please allow 48hrs for your repeat prescriptions.
If you require a GP or nurse appointment during the evening or weekend you can contact the practice and request a 7 day access appointment. These are available from 1830 Hrs until 2130 Hrs on weekday evenings and from 0900 Hrs until 1300 Hrs on Saturday and Sundays at one of the three sites across Bolton.
