 Al-Fal Medical Group

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Please be aware there is a planned telephone and network outage taking place on:

Friday 22nd March 2019 from 12noon – 6.30pm

During the telephone outage the practice will have a temporary diversion system in place for our main telephone number, with limited handsets available; therefore we politely request that phone calls be limited to those of an urgent nature during the period above.

During the network outage the practice will not have access to our computers therefore we will be accepting urgent appointments only during the afternoon clinic that day. The clinicians will be using secure devices to access and amend medical records during the outage.

The reason for the telephone and network outage is to enable engineers to undertake works needed to support the implementation of a new telephone system.

Please be assured the surgery’s main contact number will remain the same.

Normal service will resume from Monday 25th March 2019 at 8am.

We thank you for your patience.

Pride In Practice

Al-Fal Medical Group has recently achieved the Pride In Practice Silver Award to celebrate their dedication to delivering an excellent service to all patients.

Pride in Practice is a service provided by The Lesbian & Gay Foundation to GP practices to support improvements in health outcomes for their lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) patients, as well as strengthen their engagement with, and understanding of, that community.
